Job Description

Grimmway Produce Group seeks a Sr. Financial Data Analyst in Shafter, CA (onsite) to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Translate complex financial and operational datasets into accurate, actionable insights.
Establish a single primary source of truth for enterprise financial data across multiple systems.
Focus on financial analysis, reporting, and data validation as core activities.
Collaborate closely with Accounting/Finance, IT, and Farming and Production Operations while maintaining a distinctly analytical focus.

Requirements

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Solid understanding of data warehouses, data structures, financial data flows and AI tools, with strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau and financial reporting dashboards.
Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Proven ability to validate, reconcile and troubleshoot complex data sets with a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate information into an organized, presentable format.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Remote work is not available for the first two years.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
Must pass pre-placement drug and alcohol screen and background check.
