Senior Data Analyst

Tentek, Inc. is seeking a contract Senior Data Analyst/Engineer to join its Orlando-based, hybrid team. The role centers on building dashboards, steering AI initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across tech groups, while serving as a mini-Chief of Staff to the hiring manager and delivering strategic metrics, including OKR tracking. This position blends hands-on data work with high‑level guidance to support revenue growth and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to monitor trends, deliver insights for multiple business areas, and track OKRs.
• Engage in hands-on development with a strategic mindset to interpret trends, collaborate with the hiring manager, and act on findings.
• Lead AI initiatives across the tech organization: determine how to leverage AI, promote adoption across job families, quantify impact such as efficiencies and faster sprints, and support business AI goals to grow revenue and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and identifying enhancements, aligned with dashboarding and AI efforts.
• Prioritize building insights and dashboards to meet immediate needs, with AI initiatives advancing once dashboards are established.
• Get oriented with OpenAI, Co Pilot, and various developer tools, including internal AI tools used within Corporate and Disney Experiences.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI as the main tool; Tableau knowledge is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards and deriving insights to inform business decisions.
• Ability to work hands-on while providing strategic guidance to leadership (mini-Chief of Staff).
• Experience with AI initiatives including adoption, measuring impact, identifying efficiencies, and enabling faster sprints; ability to support AI initiatives across the organization.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Co Pilot, and internal/developer tools (including custom tools within Corporate and Disney Experiences).
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
