Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is expanding its analytics team with a Data Analyst - AI Trainer who will work remotely on a flexible schedule. You will design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, conduct data analysis, and produce visualizations to communicate insights. This role is based in Orangeburg, South Carolina, with remote work options and compensation ranging from $50–$100 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write concise, high‑quality code snippets along with thorough explanations.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
