Data Analyst

Union One is hiring an onsite Data Analyst in Lake Barrington, IL. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and related strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Interpret data, analyze results with statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
• Design and construct SQL queries for data analysis and access
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with engineering and product teams to improve data collection procedures
• Lead the design and implementation of new data analysis projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience with SQL
• 1+ year of experience with Python and Pandas
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
