Job Description

Skechers is seeking an onsite Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across Technology, Data & Analytics, and Digital teams in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Data & Analytics, and Digital roles at all levels.
Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to capture role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
Design proactive sourcing approaches using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and targeted outreach to engage passive candidates in nice and competitive markets.
Build and maintain high-impact talent pipelines through proactive networking, talent mapping, and long-term relationship management.
Advise hiring managers and HR Business Partners with regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations aligned with business priorities.
Guide salary benchmarking and negotiate offers to secure top talent in competitive markets.
Develop a working understanding of various tech stacks and frameworks to effectively represent and assess engineering and data roles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or with a staffing agency.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles across engineering, data & analytics, security, and related technical functions.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Workday or comparable platforms a plus.
Ability to flex across corporate functions, supporting recruiting efforts outside of Technology as business needs arise.
